2. Service Requests

Customers may contact ProNetIT Services through the website, telephone, email, social media, or other available communication channels.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself create a binding service agreement.

Before work begins, ProNetIT Services and the customer may agree on matters including the scope of work, equipment and materials, pricing, payment conditions, estimated completion time, warranty terms and any additional project requirements.

Armenian law provides that general contract conditions may be published electronically and become part of the contractual relationship where the parties have an adequate opportunity to review and consent to them.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Prices displayed on the website, social media pages or promotional materials are informational unless expressly identified as a binding offer.

The final cost of a project may depend on factors such as:

  • Project complexity and scope
  • Equipment and materials required
  • Installation conditions
  • Number and type of devices
  • Required software or licenses
  • Location and site conditions
  • Third-party services
  • Additional work requested by the customer

Where applicable, a quotation will specify the price and relevant payment conditions before work begins.

Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may be subject to additional charges after consultation with the customer.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for ProNetIT Services to perform the requested work.

Where applicable, customers must provide reasonable access to premises, equipment, systems, accounts, network infrastructure and other resources required to perform the agreed services.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important data before work is performed unless backup services are specifically included in the agreed scope.

Passwords, administrator credentials, access keys and other sensitive information supplied to ProNetIT Services should only be provided when necessary for the requested service.

6. Equipment and Third-Party Products

ProNetIT Services may install, configure or integrate equipment and software produced by third parties, including networking equipment, servers, cameras, NVRs, access-control systems, intercoms, alarm systems and software platforms.

Third-party products may be governed by their manufacturers’ own warranties, licenses, privacy policies and terms of use.

Any third-party trademarks and product names appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a particular manufacturer does not imply ownership or official affiliation unless explicitly stated.

7. Installation and Technical Services

ProNetIT Services will perform agreed installation, configuration and technical services with reasonable professional care.

Customers should understand that existing infrastructure, incompatible equipment, defective cabling, third-party systems, Internet connectivity, power failures, manufacturer limitations or previously installed configurations may affect system performance.

If additional technical issues are discovered during installation or troubleshooting, ProNetIT Services will inform the customer where they materially affect the agreed scope, cost or completion time.

8. CCTV and Security Systems

CCTV, alarm, access-control and other security systems are intended to assist with monitoring and security.

No security system can guarantee prevention of theft, intrusion, fire, equipment failure, network outage or other incidents.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that cameras, recording systems and other monitoring technologies are operated in accordance with applicable privacy, data-protection and other legal requirements.

9. Cybersecurity Services

Cybersecurity services are designed to improve the security of systems and reduce identified risks.

However, no network, server, application or security solution can be guaranteed to be completely immune from cyberattacks, malware, vulnerabilities, unauthorized access or other security incidents.

Unless specifically included in the agreed service, ProNetIT Services does not guarantee continuous monitoring or prevention of all cybersecurity incidents.

10. Web and API Development

For website, software and API development projects, the specific functionality, technical requirements, delivery stages and support arrangements may be defined separately for each project.

Changes requested after approval of the original project scope may require additional development time and charges.

Third-party services, APIs, hosting platforms, domain registrars, plugins, frameworks or other external technologies may have their own terms, fees and availability conditions.

11. Service Availability and Completion Times

Any completion date or timeframe provided before a project begins is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delays may occur because of equipment availability, customer-requested changes, third-party suppliers, technical complications, access restrictions or circumstances outside the reasonable control of ProNetIT Services.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays affecting an agreed project.

12. Warranty and Support

Warranty and support conditions may vary depending on the particular service, equipment and project.

Equipment supplied by third-party manufacturers may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Any ProNetIT Services warranty or post-installation support applicable to a specific project may be stated in the corresponding quotation, agreement or other project documentation.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that customers have under mandatory applicable law. Armenian consumer legislation establishes requirements concerning the quality of supplied goods, work and services and consumer information.

13. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should notify ProNetIT Services as soon as possible if they wish to cancel or modify an agreed project.

Depending on the stage of the project, the customer may remain responsible for equipment already ordered, work already completed, non-refundable third-party expenses and other reasonable costs already incurred.

Any cancellation rights provided by mandatory applicable law remain unaffected. Armenia’s Civil Code also contains rules governing withdrawal from paid service contracts and associated actual expenses.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the ProNetIT Services website—including original text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs and website materials—is owned by or licensed to ProNetIT Services.

Such material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

For custom software, website or API development, ownership and licensing of source code, designs and other project deliverables may be specified separately in the relevant project agreement.

15. Website Use

Users must not attempt to:

  • Gain unauthorized access to the website, servers or connected systems
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Perform unauthorized vulnerability scanning or penetration testing
  • Disrupt website availability or functionality
  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
  • Collect or misuse information belonging to other users

We reserve the right to restrict access where necessary to protect our website, infrastructure, customers or systems.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProNetIT Services will not be responsible for indirect losses arising solely from use of general information published on this website.

Liability relating to a specific installation, technical service, equipment purchase, software-development project or support service will be determined by the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information collected through the website or during service delivery is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Customers should review the Privacy Policy for information about what data may be collected and how it may be used and protected.

18. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

ProNetIT Services does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

19. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact ProNetIT Services first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the parties may use available dispute-resolution procedures or pursue remedies provided by applicable law.

Armenian rules for electronic commerce specifically contemplate making information about complaint handling and out-of-court dispute-resolution procedures available to customers.

20. Changes to These Terms

ProNetIT Services may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our services, business practices, website functionality or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this website with the date of the latest update.

Changes will not retroactively alter separately agreed contractual obligations unless permitted by law or agreed between the parties.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

Any disputes relating to these Terms, the website or services provided by ProNetIT Services will be handled in accordance with applicable Armenian legislation.
